You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other media files that you manage using the App. We do not claim ownership of your media content.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The App is ad-supported. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Some features may require watching a rewarded video ad to unlock. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KVC Mobile Studio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KVC Mobile Studio Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KVC Mobile Studio Inc. regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
